Driver charging contracts can be cancelled on a monthly basis.

My company is not based in Germany, can I sign up for the START licence?

Currently the START licence is only available in Germany. However, we are expanding to more countries soon. The PRO licence for enterprises with large fleets (50+ vehicles) is available in several countries. Please contact sales to learn more.

Do you have a demo version I can test?

While we don’t have a demo version, there is no fee for initial registration of the START licence, so you can try out the Fleet Manager Portal without incurring costs. There will be costs if you create charging contracts, order charging cards, or charge with a contract.

How much do your services cost?

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Each month you will be invoiced for:



  • Base fee per active charging contract

  • Charging cards that you order

  • Drivers’ charging sessions

Is my company information and my employees' personal data secure?

Yes, we work to ensure that your data is secure and processed in compliance with current data protection law. We follow the latest industry standards such as ISO27001, and we fully comply with GDPR.

I have placed my order - when can I start using the service?

You can register for the START licence in a few minutes and access our Fleet Manager Portal. Once you enter the portal, you must provide a company registration document to be checked by our team. After this check has been passed, you can then order charging cards for your drivers, which usually arrive within 3-10 working days. Once the cards have been activated on a charging contract, your employees can then start charging within 24 hours. If you are interested in the PRO license, please reach out to our sales team for more information.
